Target audience of this package is anyone who swims, classified into 3 groups: swimming for training, swimming for recreation and swimming for rehabilitation.



The first group makes up the major proportion of swimmers. Many people swim and want to take it to competitive level. This requires vigorous training and lot of energy intake.

Second group are people who swim for recreation. For them swimming is a good way to for full body work out and to relax and feel good.

The last group are people, who have brain or spinal cord injury, and their mobility is impaired, thus swimming is a good way to improve their overall health, physical as well as restore their functional activity.

Regardless their purpose of swimming, it is important for them to know whether to wait at least 30 minutes after eating before swimming.
